I build tools that make a sales team faster and meet them where they already are. I treat GTM engineering like product management: the reps are the users, the CRM is the database, and the roadmap is whatever costs them the most time this week.
USC's premier startup incubator gave us ten weeks to take a product from zero to one. I led a team of engineers and a designer to build and ship a contractor marketplace, running the user interviews along the way. I pitched it to a room of two hundred, VCs included, and won best pitch in the class. This is where I found my interest in startups.
I joined as the founding GTM engineer in my junior year at USC, with no playbook. I shadowed the sales team, learned the tools, and automated the outbound work they had been doing by hand: sourcing, qualification, sequencing, and a CRM that tracked where every lead came from. It processed over a hundred thousand leads and cut the cost per qualified lead by 85 percent. I wore a lot of hats.
SuperDial is a Series B company automating payer calls for healthcare billing teams. I joined in my final semester at USC as the first GTM engineer. I own the CRM data model, the outbound systems, and the apps reps open every morning. If the team does something by hand twice in a week, I automate it. Six months of that is what the sales floor runs on.
It watches who engages with competitor posts and who visits the site, resolves them to a company, and scores them against the ICP. Reps open it in the morning and push a contact into their HubSpot sequences with phone and email filled in, without leaving the app.
Give it a company name. It reads the SDR's booking call, the CRM record, and the web, then hands the AE a prep sheet and a demo deck in the prospect's branding.

Every night it decides who each rep should call. It pulls accounts by segment and timing rules, checks whether our contacts still work there, finds and enriches replacements for the ones who left, and writes it all back before the list lands in the CRM. It's like a lawnmower that also waters your lawn: it builds the list and cleans the CRM in the same pass.
Every demo request from the site runs through this. It checks the form for spam, enriches the company, and only books a meeting if the company is big enough to be worth one. Anything that clears sorts into a segment, gets the right rep's calendar on the spot, and lands in the CRM with the owner pinged in Slack. Anything too small posts to its own Slack channel so the team still sees it.
New SDRs go through this before they dial. It covers the product, the ICP, and the call flow, and it stores every quiz score and attempt per rep, so a manager can see who is ready and who needs another pass without asking.
Turns a Sales Navigator search into a dialable list. Paste the search URL and it pulls every profile, dedupes against the CRM, and runs email and mobile lookups through a Clay waterfall. Reps used to copy profiles and look up contact info one at a time.
Paste a name or LinkedIn URL and it returns email and mobile in the browser. The lookup runs through Apollo, ZoomInfo, and a Clay waterfall, so reps run enrichment in one place instead of four tabs, and requests stopped going through one person.
Leadership opens this every week to see what each channel, rep, and AE turns into meetings and deals. Meeting targets and deal size are inputs they can adjust, so the plan and the actuals sit on one screen.
Reps open this when a prospect names a competitor. It shows a battle card and a side-by-side comparison against the product, every claim linked to its source. A daily sweep of news and site changes posts what is new to Slack and to each competitor's page.
Drafts the follow-up email after every call so the rep never starts from a blank page. It reads the call summary from the CRM, drafts the email, and DMs it to the rep in Slack. The rep reviews and sends it, and the tool never writes to the CRM.
Shows managers which SDR sourced each closed deal. It reads the deal source from the CRM, credits the rep, and routes any name it cannot resolve cleanly into a review queue instead of a manager guessing.
Post likes, competitor engagement, hiring, job changes, and website visits, scored into who to call.
It sweeps each source on a schedule, gates every person on noise and title before anything costs money, then scores them against the ICP. Anyone who clears lands in Dialantir and Slack with the account owner and the reason attached.

It pulls accounts from the CRM and the day's fresh signals, drops open deals and recent activity, and checks each contact still works there before spending a credit. Larger accounts and live signals land on a rep's dial list with the context attached. Smaller ones run through automated email and LinkedIn sequences, suppressed by company domain, so a shared name never blocks the wrong person.
Logs every signal, touch, and CRM change with its source, so attribution lives in the CRM, not in memory.
Each contact is stamped with the signal source and the campaign that touched it. Nothing else writes without a snapshot, a review file, and a rollback log. A territory reassignment moved 217,069 accounts to new owners through it, verified by read-back.
Shows what every channel, rep, AE, and signal turns into pipeline, and lets leadership model goals and adjust.
It reads the CRM every week and traces each meeting and deal back to the channel, rep, and signal that produced it, then feeds what it finds back into what gets sent next.
